U.S. carbon cap-and-trade?
November 18th, 2008In a speech in front of the Global Climate Summit today, President-elect Obama advocated for a national carbon cap-and-trade system in the U.S. This will be a welcome change for the world because it will bring the U.S. into line with the efforts of other countries to combat climate change. It will be an awesome change for the U.S. economy, because it will create clear incentives for modernization.
